His extensive experience spans across multiple industries, including food manufacturing, property development, and retail. As the Managing Director of King Asia Foods Ltd, So has played a fundamental role in shaping the company's growth and success. In addition, he leads Pearl Northern Developments, a prominent property development firm, and oversees a successful small retail chain.

So's academic footing in the construction industry is solid, with a Building Degree earned in the early 1980s. He is also an Associated Chartered Builder, reflecting his professional dedication and expertise. Business acumen runs in So's DNA, enabling him to adeptly juggle numerous responsibilities and projects simultaneously.

Throughout his career, So Him Fong has navigated the complexities of family businesses with skill and finesse. His wealth of experience and deep understanding of business operations make him an invaluable resource for sharing insights and strategies on effectively managing and growing family enterprises.
