Our Director’s Dinners are a chance for you to join high-level discussions about some of the most important and pressing issues in the business community today. From the potential uses of Artificial Intelligence right through to the perennial importance of innovation, what it means to provide good customer service and more; these conversations get right to the heart of challenging issues and thought-provoking topics.
Of course, as the name suggests, there is more to these events than just the debate. Indeed, every single Director’s Dinner will include a delicious two-course meal at one of Doncaster’s finest eateries. Meanwhile, they also represent a great networking opportunity: with you being able to connect with peers (at a CEO, Director or Business Owner level), build up your contact list and strengthen existing relationships.
Our Director’s Dinner will be hosted by Board Director, Gemma Peebles and include an “In Conversation” session with Duane Hill, Managing Director of Haith Group and Tony Pawinski, Director of VRMT on the topic of Innovation).
Tony Pawinski
Director of Virtual Reality Machine Training Limited (VRMT).
Tony has extensive experience working in manufacturing for over 40 years, first starting as a apprentice engineer before working his way up to the Global Head of Engineering for a glass container company in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
But looking for a new challenge five years ago, with his business partner, developed a unique and award winning, Virtual Reality Training tool for the worldwide glass container sector. Throughout his career, Tony had harnessed his interest in technology and innovation turning is passion into his business.

Managing Director of Haith Group
Duane’s journey from trainee to Managing Director at Haith epitomizes dedication and innovation. Joining the company in 2004 his ascent mirrors his unwavering commitment to excellence and forward-thinking. With an innate ability to foster creativity and inspire teams, Hill champions a culture of innovation that permeates every facet of Haith's operations.
