This interactive 3 hour session explores how to diversify your income with the minimum effort. It is based on the Money Checklist Planner, a tool developed and tested with charities and social enterprises over the last nine years. The Planner lists 36 ways charities and social enterprises can attract money into their organisations. 

The workshop is guaranteed to inspire you with ways you haven't thought of to attract money into your organisation.

Run by Sarah Brown, ideas inspirer, from inspire2aspire, you will use the Money Checklist to identify and rank money-making opportunities. You will develop a plan with a range of sources of income and donations, many of which will take little additional ongoing work from you.  The session is interactive and collaborative. 

Sarah will help you with ideas, tips and tricks to ensure your money checklist plan:

• reflects who you are as an organisation, 
• fits with your resources, 
• is as effective as possible. 

Participants will get a chance to ask about issues they have in earning and raising money and share their experiences and best practice with other group members.

This session is ideal for small, new and growing organisations.
