Please note this workshop is for people who are looking to start up or already run a Social Enterprise, CIC, Community Group or Charity in the Sheffield City Region and is delivered under the Community Wealth Builder (CWB) programme.
Governance Presentation Series
This series of workshops are aimed at company directors, trustees and members of any governing body. The workshop will be delivered in 3 sessions of 2 hours each and will focus on corporate governance and personal development needs to improve the effectiveness and performance of both the Board and the individual members.
Each session will take the format of a presentation with breakout exercises and Q&A.
The corporate governance sessions will be led by Mike McDermott of McDermott Solutions Limited and the personal development sessions by Martin Benefer of Stillwater Coaching.
