Please note this workshop is for people who are looking to start up or already run a Social Enterprise, CIC, Community Group or Charity in the Sheffield City Region and is delivered under the Community Wealth Builder (CWB) programme.
Business Development & Visioning coaching workshop
This interactive workshop is aimed at business owners and leaders and will provide you with quality time to work ‘on’ their business, rather than ‘in’ it.
Spend quality time away from your business to reflect on what you have achieved, what you want to achieve and crucially what you need to work on to succeed.
Working through a variety of challenges and opportunities you will be coached on how transition from being a ‘good’ organisation to a ‘great’ one. Also, giving consideration to the impact it’s having on you as a leader and the people you work with, planning for both personal and organisational growth.
N.B. This workshop will take place on zoom and you will receive the joining information a couple of days prior to the day
