These forums will facilitate collaborative thinking among the industry leaders and are designed to generate discussion and insights on the challenges and opportunities in this sector. Each session will have a theme and a panel of guest speakers that will approach the subject from different vantage points. The forums will be a platform to stimulate, educate and drive collaboration, partnerships and foster business opportunities and growth.

Guest panel:
John Holt - Vice Lord-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire
The Lieutenancy are keen to raise awareness of the Queen's Awards and the opportunities it presents. John will address the forum on how and why organisations should get involved.
Philip Webb - CEO of Investors in Community
Philip will demonstrate how the Investors in Community platform will benefit charities in Doncaster without charge and how the platform will enable Charities to become more visible and attractive to businesses who want to invest time and resources. He will also show how to get involved with a great project that will bring together charities and businesses in Doncaster led in partnership with your Chamber.
Lindsy James - Director of Active Fusion
Lindsy will give a brief overview of the effects of the pandemic on the charity sector and how Active Fusion has been innovative in their approach to ensure they continued to offer services as well as their plans for the future.
Catherine Witherington - COO of Voluntary Action Doncaster
Catherine has recently been appointed COO of VAD. She will give a brief update on the work that VAD has been undertaking throughout the pandemic, her plans for the future direction of the organisation and how charities can get involved.
Following the 3 presentations, we will move to open Q&A. The last 30 minutes we will move into smaller groups in breakout rooms where we will initiate table shuffles to facilitate networking.
