Tonight\, Paul offers a clear view on how strong brands\, smart marketing and strategy come together to drive real business growth.\n\n \n\nJoanne Gualda FCIM\, Group Marketing Director - Bagnalls \n\nJoanne graduated in 1990 with a Business Studies degree from Manchester Polytechnic and started her career as a Graduate Trainee at Bridon Ropes\, developing a strong passion for marketing.\n\n\n\nShe spent several years in sales and marketing of steel wire ropes to the Oilfield sector before joining an American packaging company selling closures for brands like Sunny Delight and Frijj milkshakes. In 1999\, after attending a Doncaster Chamber of Commerce event\, she applied for the Marketing Manager role at Bagnalls\, a national painting and decorating contractor.\n\n\n\nShe has now spent 26 years with the company and is a main board director. Joanne plays a pivotal role in strategic and operational management\, overseeing the National Painting Division\, delivering painting contracts for Oxfam and Cadent Gas.
