Over three decades later\, with 34 years of experience\, he now serves as Regional Managing Director for the northern sites within the Boxes and Packaging group. This region comprises five business units and generates more than  30 million in sales. Boxes and Packaging itself forms part of the Logson Group\, the UK's largest independent corrugated packaging company.\n\nThroughout his career\, Stacey has been influenced by many role models\, both within the packaging industry and across the wider business world. His first Production Director played a pivotal role in shaping his development\, encouraging ambition and fostering growth. Today\, he draws ongoing inspiration from the company's leadership team. Stacey also served as Director and President of Doncaster Chamber\, where he connected with business leaders\, sharpened his leadership skills\, and deepened his commercial understanding.\n\n\n\nNick Fletcher\, Managing Director - Analogue Electrics Ltd\n\nNick Fletcher left school at 15 to begin an apprenticeship with Doncaster Plant Works as a maintenance electrician. After completing his training and earning an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering\, he remained at the works\, where he was involved in rewiring London Underground trains.\n\nIn 1994\, following redundancy\, Nick founded his own electrical contracting business\, Analogue Electrics Ltd. Over the past three decades\, the company has grown significantly\, employing more than 30 people and training over 60 apprentices. Today\, it continues to deliver a wide range of electrical installations\, including work in renewable technologies.\n\nNick later restructured the business so it could be run by his shareholders and his wife\, freeing him to pursue a career in public service. In 2019\, he was elected as Don Valley's first Conservative MP.
